Paul Herard brings an impressively accomplished background to his Real Estate career. Directly out of Waterville High School, he served in the U.S. Navy for four years. He was in banking for a decade, then moved on to manage midcoast Maine inns and campgrounds – working closely with the Broker on the sale of one campground.

All the while, he was honing his natural business acumen. Today Paul has been in the Real Estate industry for six years.

“Real Estate demands a wide range of skills to give clients the best possible service, which is exactly what I strive to do,” he commented.

Paul, an actor by avocation, and his wife and two children live in Waterville.
